Held at the gorgeous Brinkburn Barn just outside Rothbury,  I am delighted to be teaming up with Paula from Figleaf Plant Based again for a delicious vegan lunch.

Menopause Yoga

Menopause YogaTM (MY) was created by Petra Coveney in 2013 to educate and empower women to embrace the changes that menopause has on minds, bodies, and emotions. The goal is to reframe this time of life as a positive transition and encourage women to nurture and nourish themselves. She is the first yoga teacher to become a member of the British Menopause Society for health practitioners and works alongside numerous menopause specialist doctors, nutritionists, psychologists, and complimentary therapists to design a practice which fuses western medical science, and the wisdom of eastern wellbeing (Ayurveda/traditional Chinese medicine/Yoga). This includes women's circles, adapted yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and rest to help women manage menopause symptoms and prepare the body post menopause.

I am so excited to share this practice with you! All women are welcome whether in perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, or just curious to learn more about ways to nurture yourself.
